The About me SCOOP Calming Aqua Serum is a vegan, soothing, and moisturizing serum that intensely revitalizes your skin. This serum treatment gives you soft, supple, and well-hydrated skin.
Cypress water offers numerous benefits for the skin. It has antioxidant effects, soothes redness and irritation, improves skin texture and elasticity, and protects against harmful environmental influences. Centella Asiatica, also known as tiger grass, has scientifically proven antibacterial and wound-healing properties. This medicinal plant helps reduce skin irritations and redness and promotes collagen production for skin regeneration and a protective skin barrier. Centella Asiatica can help your skin regain its radiance. Panthenol also soothes the skin, strengthens the skin's protective barrier, which shields the skin from environmental influences and improves skin elasticity. Basil oil relieves itching, has antibacterial effects, and improves the skin's firmness and suppleness. The product formula is rounded off with sodium hyaluronate, which provides intense moisture to your skin and reduces fine lines.

Our items can only be delivered within the EU, Norway and Switzerland. This service is provided in Hamburg.
Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)
Deliveries within Germany:
We charge a flat shipping fee of €3.95 per order. Parcels are shipped exclusively with our shipping partner DHL; deliveries to packing stations and post offices are also possible.
For orders over €39.99, shipping is free.
International Deliveries:
For orders over €59, we ship free of charge to Austria.
For orders over €99, we ship free of charge to all European countries in Zone 1 and Zone 2.
We calculate international shipping costs as follows:

ZONE 1 (€11.95): Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic
ZONE 2 (€12.95): Great Britain, Italy, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Finland

Delivery Time
Unless otherwise specified in the item description, goods are delivered within 1 - 3 days in Germany, and within 5 - 7 days for international deliveries, after order confirmation (for agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
Delivery Period
For advance payments, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution; for other payment methods, it begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
